With over 4 years of experience in Enterprise UX, I am currently Senior User Experience Researcher at J.P. Morgan Chase, where I focus on improving the experience for over 300,000 employees.

I studied Human Computer Interaction while competing as a D1 varsity athlete, an experience that shaped my discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

Usability Testing

Driving Clarity in Communication

I lead a usability study of TE Lite, an internal email tool, surfacing key workflow friction and error risks. My insights shaped the design, influences roadmap direction, and set a new standard for rapid research at scale.

User Interviews

Redefining Agentic AI

I co-led a discovery initiative to inform the launch of JPMC’s enterprise-wide Agentic AI assistant, Moveworks. We explored expectations, ideal use cases, and concerns around GenAI integration in everyday work.
